Bacon Boulangere

* 10 rashers smoked bacon 
* 350 g potatoes, large floury
* 500 ml stock

1. Slice scrubbed potatoes to pound coin thickness, chop pacon in thirds.
2. Layer potatoes and bacon in oven dish seasoning along the way. Add stock.
3. Cover with foil, bake for an hour at 200C, and fifteen minutes without foil.
4. Serve with iceberg lettuce.
