Bacon Boulangere
- 10 rashers smoked bacon
- 350 g potatoes, large floury
- 500 ml stock
- Slice scrubbed potatoes to pound coin thickness, chop bacon in thirds.
- Layer potatoes and bacon in oven dish seasoning along the way. Add stock.
- Cover with foil, bake for an hour at 200C, and fifteen minutes without foil.
- Serve with iceberg lettuce.
