Bolognentil
- 1 large onion
- 250g mince
- 400g tin (200g dry) green lentils
- 400g tin tomatoes tbsp chilli flakes
- stock cube
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- a few bay leaves, thyme and some chilli flakes
- penne
- Sauté onion in olive oil, add mince when soft.
- After the mince has browned a lot, add all the remaining (non-pasta) ingredients and a cup of cold water. Simmer gently for two hours (min. 30mins).
- Ten minutes before the end cook the pasta.
