Broth

* chicken
* a few chicken wings
* onion
* couple leeks and celery sticks
* couple tomatoes
* several peppercorns
* parsley stalks and a few bay leaves

1. Put all ingredients into a deep pan and fill cold water to submerge the bird.
2. After heating to a boil turn heat down to minimal bubbling - a gentle simmer.
3. After an hour or so remove the chicken, shred the meat and return the carcass.
4. After another hour or more strain out the broth with a sieve to cool.
